和金から繰り返し淘汰されて出来た品種です。体型は丸型で各ヒレは比較的短く、背鰭の欠如により、背骨が湾曲して全体的に丸みを帯びています。

This variety was created by repeated selection from the common goldfish. The body shape is round, each fin relatively short, and the lack of dorsal fins results in a curved spine and overall rounded shape.
