鯉の竜登りで知られる縁起の良い錦鯉は、江戸時代から生まれ、現在では100品種以上の美しい錦鯉が生み出されています。その中でも「紅白」「大正三色」「昭和三色」は特に人気が高く、錦鯉の「御三家」と呼ばれています。

The auspicious Nishikigoi, which was made popular by the Japanese saying “koi no takinobori” (a carp climbing a waterfall), originated in the Edo period, and now more than 100 varieties of beautiful Nishikigoi have been produced. Among them, the “Kohaku,” “Taisho Sanshoku,” and “Showa Sanshoku” are particularly popular and are known as the “big three” of the Nishikigoi.
